In the afternoon, we went to Lucia's second annual Halloween party.
Christian finally got a chance to wear his egg costume!
Later on, we "tried" to do a photo shoot in front of the house.
When the elephant (Reggie) showed up, the cat (Niahm) got away. Then the egg started to run! (ta-tham)
Thats Shonen Knife (Saorise, Lucia, Eloise) on the wall sitting next to the blue octopus!
Halloween breakfast was fun!
We met Aju and her parents at Joan's on Third for some yummy food.
Christian especially!
Then it was time to walk off those buttery delicacies!
With rest stops along the way.
The morning continued with playing on the sidewalk
By the end of the breakfast, Aju and Christian were inseperable.
Today, Christian and mama went to buy fabric in downtown.
Christian was into the fabric and examined all the fabric very carefully before choosing his costume.
I don't have any pics, but Lucia has been diaper-free (except during sleep) for a whole week without any accidents!! Actually, she's been wanting to wear her big girl panties to sleep, so we've been putting her diaper over them, but she's kept dry during nap and night time also! Now, it's time to get her a big girl bed. Don't even ask where she's been sleeping!
Sorry to go out of order here, but I can't let a certain dinner slip by. Before we went to Hawaii, Mommy and Daddy and I invited Auntie Sarvi and Uncle Aaron over for dinner.
In addition, we invited Lucia and Margot since Sarvi follows their blogs. Pryor also showed up, taking a break from deadlines with Daddy. We had--what else?--macaroni and cheese with yummy appetizers and delicious desserts brought by our guests.
Here's Margot.
And Lucia.
Sarvi and Aaron are going to be excellent parents, and I can't wait to meet their little girl.
Outstanding!
While down in SD, Christian got to play with another big Christian and Jaclyn.
Big kids have great toys, like a stuffed animal tent!
Notice how baby Christian has fallen off the tent but Jaclyn and big Christian stll managed to pull off picture perfect smiles!. I think they're pros.
Big Christian also had the largest collection of Hot Wheels this side of the universe. For sure a hit with baby Christian!
Big C even gave little C two cars as parting gifts!
Christian especially liked the irrigation device cover!!
We need to buy some of these from Home Depot I guess for our house.
We did walk through the buildings which were very timeless and beautiful.
